Recently, our subsidiary in Holland, ABENA Healthcare bv The Nederlands, arranged a competition with two really exciting prizes for two lucky kids.
Indy, a 9 year-old girl won a trip to Denmark to see the Abena Headquarter and production facilities and afterwards, two whole days in the Danish amusement park LEGOLAND with all-inclusive. Though Indy is unable to speak, the joy and excitement was sparkling from her eyes and there was no doubt that this was an experience of a lifetime for her.
Indy traveled with her family to Denmark, her Mother and Father and older sister, Anne, who is 15 years old. When arriving at Abena Headquarters, Indy and her family enjoyed a good lunch – of course a Danish specialty – and went on to our production team. She was, of course, to see where the Abri-Form Junior products were produced. The guided tour was conducted by Abenas owner and Managing Director, Arne Terp-Nielsen, who knows every bit of Abenas history.
When the tour ended, Indy and her family continued to LEGOLAND. This visit and such an amazing little girl really made a huge impression on all of us.
