Abena Produktion is expanding the production line with a brand new diaper machine.
We always aspire to be on the cutting edge when it comes to the technology behind our own production. For this reason we are now expanding our capacity with a new baby diaper machine, the M23.
The M23 is an all-in-one diaper machine able to produce open diapers with tape as well as pull-ups. The machine will produce 700 diapers per minute, and is expected to be up and running within the fourth quarter of 2016.

And with an increase in the demand for our baby diapers, we are now investing in this new diaper machine,” says CEO of Abena Produktion, Arne Terp-Nielsen.
The machine will also produce our own diaper brand, Bambo Nature, which is the next generation of environment-friendly diapers. Designed to fit the child’s anatomy perfectly, Bambo Nature diapers are manufactured with great care for the child’s skin and health. This ensures freedom of movement and no leakage.
In fact, Bambo Nature were the first baby diapers in the world to be certified with the Nordic Eco-label as well as the EU Flower-label.
