After a couple of hours the product is only half-used. Can I switch to a lower absorbency level?

If the product is only half used after 6-8 hours, you can consider changing the product to one with a lower absorption level.

To find out which absorption level is the most suitable for you, it can be helpful to track your products for three days to see how much they are absorbing. You can track absorption in the table included in our incontinence booklet.
