Ensure a proper washing sequence

Step 1 – Prepare the environment for bathing

Step 2 – Follow a top-down washing sequence
To keep the bathing process thorough and gentle, follow this simple top-down sequence:

Begin with the face, then move down to the neck, chest, and shoulders.

Wash the arms and hands, followed by the belly.

Wash one leg at a time, starting from the thigh and moving down to the foot. Use a new cloth for each leg.
