Why do men often experience after-dribble?

After-dribble is a common discomfort for men over the age of 50. It is caused by a small amount of urine left in the bottom of the long urethra after urination. This urine is pressed out when the man pulls up his pants and presses on the area.

It is possible to prevent this discomfort by pressing lightly on the skin from the anus towards the testicles before pulling up the pants.
